Welcome	Welcome to CraftyLine shop. New patterns added frequently (almost every day ^^). Thank you for stopping by :)
Payment	Payment can be made through Paypal, a secure online payment system which is very easy to use.
Shipping	No shipping fees !!! Your PDF patterns will be emailed within 24 hours to your PAYPAL email address, unless you specify a different email address. We do not send any hard copy of the pattern.
Refunds and Exchanges	No refunds or "exchanges" on PDF patterns, no exceptions. We will of course replace any non-functioning PDF file with the same file purchased. Our policy does not mean we are not 100% committed to your satisfaction! Please contact us if any item ever does not live up to your expectations.
Dolls Pattern	Most of BJD's sewing patterns available are based on Unoa ( Quluts, Zero, Light, 2nd, Chibi...) but each dolls measurements vary according to the brand therefore you might have to sligthly alter your patterns to perfectly fit your doll.

From friday 07/27 to sunday 08/05, the shop will be in semi-vacation mode. This means that your order could be shipped within 24h like usual or delayed. You can contact us before placing your order if you want to know when we'll be able to send it.
